My installation folder is on a different drive to where the steam app is, but you see where it goes SteamLibrary\steamapps? Instead of going into the workshop folder you go into the common folder instead - ANY game you install through Steam will be located in this folder. So you need to go back to that folder I mentioned above almost its very similar but I'll put the path in below here. I can't say I can find out exactly why it did this to you, but if it can at least get you back in the game then it's something for now :) You can always go back to this setting and put it back to 'None' if it doesn't work so you are back where you are started again.īUT even if you don't have mods give this a try anyway. If this be the case then go to Steam and right click KSP and go to Properties then find the Betas - Then put it back just ONE version, so if you are on 1.12.2 then put it back to 1.12.1 and see if that fixes it. Also, for a bit of fun - Did I go back in time to February?!?!? (It's your date format, and I'm British, genuinely had a moment of temporal displacement then! xD)Ĭhances are if you have mods then the mod is conflicting with the game version, very rarely you can find that the game updates even by just a 0.0.1 and it breaks a mod and screws everything up.Īlso on the note of mods, make sure the mods you are using are relevant to the version you are using, unless you know exactly what mods work with newer versions its so easy to break your game!
